DELIVERY

Samsonite's trusted partner, EFM logistics utilises Couriers Please, Australia Post, StarTrack Express, Deliver In Person and VT Freight Express courier services for delivery throughout Australia. Please be advised that these courier services may require an adult (over the age of 18) to sign for your shipment. It is expected that if you are not home for a delivery that a card will be left to facilitate a collection.
 

Delivery Times

Please note the following delivery times to estimate the arrival of your order with us. These delivery estimates are for orders placed before midday, otherwise please add an extra business day. More accurate delivery estimates are available on our product pages and the checkout for your specific suburb and postcode. Delivery estimates are a guide and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Same Day Shipping

Available to selected VIC & NSW Metro areas:

  • Orders placed before 10am on a business day will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following business day.

  • Please note: Same day shipping is available for residential addresses only.


    • Next Day Shipping

    Metro (selected VIC & NSW Metro): Next Business Day Shipping if ordered before 10am, otherwise please add an extra business day.


    Express Shipping

    Metro: 2-7 Business Days

    Regional: 2-7 Business Days


    Standard Shipping

    Metro: 3-12 Business Days

    Regional: 3-15 Business Days


    DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

    We deliver between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.

    Please use samsonite.com.au for luggage, backpacks, briefcases, duffles, totes, accessories & suitcases to be delivered throughout Australia (with the exception of select remote locations including Islands).
